循环载荷下扶强材的极限强度试验研究

- 为了研究循环面内载荷作用下加筋板的极限承载能力,进行了7个扶强材(含带板)试件的单调与循环载荷下的轴向稳定性试验。加载机制Ⅰ为轴向受压,其结果用以与循环加载机制下试验结果的对比;加载机制Ⅱ为试件屈曲前循环,加载机制Ⅲ为试件屈曲后循环。试验表明:在试件屈曲前多次循环后,出现局部屈曲,且局部屈曲处存在塑性累积,相比单调压载下承载力逐步下降;在试件屈曲后循环载荷下的承载力,对比前一次的承载力下降较快,且试件失稳形式基本为整体失稳。
In order to study the ultimate bearing capacity of stiffened plates under cyclic in-plane loads, the axial stability tests under monotone and cyclic loading are carried out for seven specimens of stiffeners (including plates). The loading mechanism I is axial compression, and the results are compared with the test results under the cyclic loading mechanism; the loading mechanism II is the pre-buckling cycle, and the loading mechanism III is the post-buckling cycle. The test shows that after several cycles before the buckling of the specimen, local buckling occurs, and there is plastic accumulation at the local buckling. Compared with monotonic ballast, the bearing capacity gradually decreases, the bearing capacity under the cyclic load after buckling is compared. The previous load-bearing capacity decreased rapidly, and the instability form of the specimen was basically the overall instability.
