船舶通风系统的合理布置关系到船舶的正常运行,对某船舶机舱通风系统采用计算流体动力学的方法进行数值模拟研究。模拟机舱环境,得到机舱具体的温度场和速度场,判断通风方案是否达到设计预期。然后,综合常规通风与射流喷嘴送风,仿真结果表明这样能有效避免了短路和通风死角,使机舱内局部高温消失,降低了设备局部热点温度约4℃,具有良好的实船应用前景。
The reasonable arrangement of ship ventilation system is related to the normal operation of the ship. The computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method is used for the numerical simulation research on the ventilation system of ship's engine room. With the simulation of the entire engine room thermal environment, the specific temperature field and velocity field of the engine room are obtained. The results can be used to check whether the ventilation scheme meets the design expectation. Then combined with conventional ventilation and jet nozzles, the simulation results show that this method can effectively avoid air short circuiting and ventilation dead space. The jet ventilation system makes the local high temperature in the engine room disappear, and the local hot spots temperature of equipment is reduced by about 4℃, which has a good practical application prospect.
