- 采用 ICEM和Fluent软件,通过计算得到不同水膜间隙的水润滑轴承水膜CFD模型,探讨其对水润滑冷却性能的影响。研究发现,在相同结构的轴承中,轴承间隙越大,轴承最小水膜厚度越小,水膜压力越大,水膜最高温度越大。在进行水润滑轴承结构时,要充分注意到轴承的空隙,避免出现温度升高的情况。
Using ICEM and Fluent software, the water-film CFD models of water-lubricated bearings with different water-film gaps were obtained by calculation, and their influence on the cooling performance of water-lubricated bearings was discussed, which laid the foundation for the design and development of the best water-lubricated bearings. . The study found that in the bearing of the same structure, the larger the bearing clearance, the smaller the minimum water film thickness of the bearing, the greater the water film pressure, and the larger the maximum temperature of the water film; when carrying out a water-lubricated bearing structure, it is necessary to fully pay attention to Bearing clearance to avoid temperature rise.
