- 非粘接柔性管是一种多层非粘接结构管道,内压密封层作为其中唯一起到输送介质密封作用的功能层,其蠕变设计是柔性管截面设计的一项关键技术。本文对内压密封层的蠕变设计所采用的试验分析方法、有限元分析方法和简化分析方法进行详细介绍、对比与研究,归纳与总结了各种分析方法涉及的主要技术要点。在实际工程项目中,可以结合使用。
The unbonded flexible pipe is composed with unbonded multi-layer structure. The internal pressure sheath is the only functional layer which plays the role of conveying medium sealing. The creeping design of the internal pressure sheath is an important technology in the flexible pipe body design. This paper provides a detailed introduction, comparison, and study about the creeping test analysis methods, finite element analysis methods, and simplified analysis methods used in the creep design of internal pressure sheath layer, and summarizes the main technical points involved in various analysis methods. In actual engineering projects, these three creeping design methods can be used in combination.
