由于溢油对海洋生态系统的毁灭性危害,必须对海面进行全天时、全天候的监测,而目前的溢油监测系统存在监测范围小、监测时间有限、成本较高等缺点。本文基于合成孔径雷达,构建一种海面溢油监测系统,对油膜成像原理、图像解译以及系统的工作性能进行研究,实验结果表明,该系统不仅可以全天时、全天候对海面进行监测,还可以有效地区别油膜种类、估算油膜特征,最大探测率可以达到91%左右。
Because of the devastating damage of oil spills to the marine ecosystem, it is necessary to monitor the sea surface all day and all weather, however, the current oil spill monitoring system has some disadvantages, such as small monitoring range, limited monitoring time and high cost. In this paper, an oil spill monitoring system based on synthetic aperture radar is constructed. The principle of oil film imaging, image interpretation and the performance of the system are studied, the system can not only monitor the sea surface all day and all weather, but also distinguish oil film types and estimate oil film characteristics. The maximum detection rate can reach about 91% .
