- 船用减速器在船舶动力系统中扮演重要的角色,作为一种相对精密的船用配件,在实际应用中可以起到降低船舶航速的目的。然而当其油温超过80℃,或是油池超过100℃时,都会对船用减速器造成不良影响继而出现故障。本文基于单片机对船用减速器主轴的振动信号进行信息采集,对船用减速器的故障诊断带来一定参考,从而更好进行,维护增加复合传动装置使用寿命。
The marine reducer plays an extremely important role in the power of the ship. As a relatively sophisticated marine accessory, it can reduce the speed of the ship in practical applications. However, when the oil temperature exceeds 80℃, or the oil pool exceeds 100℃, it will have adverse effects on the marine reducer and then fail. Therefore, this article will collect information on the vibration signal of the main shaft of the marine reducer based on the single-chip microcomputer, in order to bring some reference to the fault diagnosis of the marine reducer, so as to better maintain the service life of the marine compound transmission device, and serve my country's shipbuilding industry. development escort.
