为减小舰船舱壁钢结构关键节点焊接变形量,从焊接顺序调节角度,分析其对舱壁钢结构关键节点焊接变形的影响。将舰船舱壁钢结构的T型连接节点,作为研究关键节点焊接变形问题的分析目标,使用Sysweld有限元软件,构建此节点的有限元模型,分析舰船舱壁钢结构T型连接节点,在不同焊接顺序方案中,节点位置横向收缩变形、纵向收缩变形、角变形量变化。分析结果显示:舰船舱壁钢结构T型连接节点焊接时,使用1个焊枪对T型连接节点两侧焊缝进行同方向、按序焊接,可减小舰船舱壁钢结构关键节点的焊接变形量,且在此焊接顺序操作下,节点焊后开裂指数、等效塑性应变指数都相对减少。
To reduce the welding deformation of key nodes in the ship's bulkhead steel structure, the influence of welding sequence adjustment on the welding deformation of key nodes in the bulkhead steel structure is analyzed. The T-shaped connection node of the ship's bulkhead steel structure is used as the analysis target for studying the welding deformation problem of key nodes. The finite element model of this node is constructed using SYSWELL finite element software, and the T-shaped connection node of the ship's bulkhead steel structure is analyzed. In different welding sequence schemes, the lateral shrinkage deformation, longitudinal shrinkage deformation, and angular deformation changes of the node position are analyzed. The analysis results show that when welding the T-shaped connection nodes of the ship's bulkhead steel structure, using a welding gun to weld the welds on both sides of the T-shaped connection nodes in the same direction and in sequence can reduce the welding deformation of key nodes of the ship's bulkhead steel structure. Moreover, under this welding sequence operation, the crack index and equivalent plastic strain index of the nodes after welding are relatively reduced.
