邮轮是高附加值船舶,结构复杂、技术要求高,整体设计过程中对各专业间的协同有较高要求。本文以邮轮详细设计阶段为研究对象,系统梳理总体、结构、轮机及电气等各专业的设计内容与工作流程,明确邮轮详细设计阶段各专业的主要设计任务,进而分析总结各专业间协同交叉关键设计技术内容,明确各专业设计任务间信息共享与业务交叉的关键内容和实施难点,为邮轮各专业设计工作的协同开展、为邮轮设计整体效率的提升奠定理论研究基础。
Cruise ships are high-value-added ships with complex structures and high technical requirements. In the overall design process of a cruise ship, there are high requirements for the cooperation among the various subdivision specialties of ship design. By making research on the detailed design stage of a cruise ship, this paper systematically straightens out the design contents and working processes of all the design specialties including hull, structures, electrics and marine engineering, and finds out the main design tasks of all these specialties in the detailed design stage of a cruise ship; and then summarizes the key collaborative design technical contents among these design specialties, clarifying the key points of information sharing and design task interations, as well as implementation difficulties, among various design specialties, which will lay a theoretical research foundation for the collaborative development of design work among various design specialties, and improve the overall efficiency of cruise ship design.
