采用有限元法对一艘散货船进行全船总振动和上层建筑局部振动预报分析。针对上层建筑在螺旋桨激励下的振动问题,提出6种振动控制方案,在减振效果、结构质量控制、舱室布置等方面进行对比分析,选出最优振动控制方案,保证振动性能满足ISO 6954: 2000的振动评价标准,对后续其他散货船上层建筑的设计与振动控制具有一定的指导意义。
Finite-element method is used in the global and local vibration analysis of a bulk carrier and the superstructure. In order to solve the vibration problem of superstructure induced by propeller exciting force, six vibration control measures are proposed and studied in terms of vibration reducing effectiveness, lightweight structure design and cabin arrangement. The optimal vibration control measure is chosen to keep the vibration characteristics meet the ISO6954: 2000 vibration standard. It can provide reference for the design and vibration control of superstructure of other ships.
