由于传统舰船设计方法中存在船体结构设计不合理、设计效率低、多任务协调性差、准确性验证不足、辅助决策功能不成熟等一系列问题,研究基于数字孪生技术的船体结构设计方案。根据船体设计物理信息,使用三维建模技术构建船体结构数字孪生体,采用第三代波浪数值模型求解海洋环境矢量场,模拟真实海洋环境,实现船舶虚拟呈现。通过刚体六自由度运动方程建立船体水动力模型,模拟船舶航行状态,根据模拟航行的测试结果不断迭代优化船体结构设计方案,最终实现船体结构设计优化。实验表明,该方法构建的船舶数字孪生体效果非常逼真,航行模拟状态很准确,相对误差很小,完全可以达到船体结构性能测试的要求。
Due to a series of problems in traditional ship design methods, such as unreasonable hull structure design, low design efficiency, poor multi task coordination, insufficient accuracy verification, and immature auxiliary decision-making functions, a ship structure design scheme based on digital twin technology is studied. According to the physical information of hull design, 3D modeling technology is used to build a digital twin of hull structure. The third-generation wave numerical model is used to solve the vector field of the marine environment, simulate the real marine environment, and realize the virtual presentation of the ship. The hydrodynamic model of the ship body is established through the six degrees of freedom motion equation of the rigid body, and the navigation state of the ship is simulated. According to the test results of the simulated navigation, the design scheme of the hull structure is constantly optimized iteratively, Finally, the optimization of ship structure design will be achieved. The experiment shows that the effect of the ship digital twin constructed by this method is very realistic, the navigation simulation state is very accurate, and the relative error is very small, which can fully meet the requirements of ship structure performance testing.
