针对船舶舷台复杂悬臂结构的挠度理论求解问题,提出一种较为安全的等效计算方法。首先利用船级社规范,将船舶舷台结构简化为悬臂梁模型,并提出变截面悬臂梁到等截面悬臂梁模型的等效方法。针对悬臂梁模型的剖面型式,开展等效计算方法的安全性研究。最后,分别采用有限元方法和等效计算方法,对某船舶舷台结构的端部挠度进行计算分析。研究表明,该等效计算方法能够安全、快速地对舷台端部挠度进行求解,可为船舶舷台结构的工程轻量化设计提供参考。
A conservative equivalent calculation method is proposed to solve the complex problem of the deflection at the end of the ship's gangway. Firstly, using CCS code, the ship's gangway structure is simplified to the model with plate girder, and the equivalent method of the model of variable section plate girder to constant section girder is proposed. Secondly, for the web with plate beam model, a conservative study of the equivalent calculation method is carried out. Finally, the finite element method and the equivalent calculation method are used to calculate and analyze the end deflection of a ship's gangway structure. The research shows that the equivalent calculation method can be conservative and fast to solve the deflection of the scuttle end, which can provide a reference for the engineering lightweight structure design of the ship’s gangway structure.
