针对船舶密闭舱空间环境的生化消毒需要,研究一种以碱-醇-胺为主要消毒成分的非水基洗消剂。这类洗消剂具有使用方便、易雾化等特点。采用气相色谱分析方法,以沙林模拟剂甲基磷酸二甲酯、维埃克斯模拟剂马拉硫磷和芥子气模拟剂2-氯乙基乙基硫醚为考核对象,研究非水基洗消剂对其化学消毒效果。采用悬浊液定量杀菌分析方法,以革兰氏阴性菌大肠杆菌和革兰氏阳性菌金黄色葡萄球菌为考核对象,研究非水基洗消剂对其细菌杀灭效果。采用病毒灭活分析方法,以脊髓灰质炎病毒和甲型H1N1病毒为考核对象,研究非水基洗消剂对其病毒灭活效果。实验结果表明,非水基洗消剂是一种兼具化学消毒和生物灭活功能的高效洗消材料。
In order to meet the need of chemical and biological disinfection in closed cabin area of ships,a non-aqueous decontamination agent with alkali-alcohol-amine as the main disinfection component was studied. This kind of detergent is easy to use and atomize. By means of gas chromatographic analysis, the chemical disinfction effect of non-aqueous decontamination agent with sarin simulant DMMP, VX simulant malathion and mustard gas simulant CEES as the test objects was studied. The bactericidal effect on Gram-negative Escherichia coli and Gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus was studied by quantitaive bactericidal analysis of suspension. Using the method of virus inactivation analysis, the inactivation effect on poliovirus and H1N1 virus was studied. The results show that the non-aqueous decontamination agent is a kind of efficient detergent material with both chemical and biological disinfection functions.
