为了解决船舶分段建造过程中的信息采集和核对问题,本文提出一种基于传感节点和以太网技术的船舶分段建造管理系统,实现对船舶分段建造的集成化管理。设计环境信息采集传感节点和材料工艺信息采集节点,分析采集节点的结构,并对材料工艺信息采集节点的天线设计进行了实验分析。阐述船舶分段建造管理系统的整体架构,并对应用服务层、数据层以及感知层功能进行详细分析,系统有效提升了船舶分段建造效率,为船舶制造集成化管理提供支持。
In order to solve the problem of information collection and verification in the process of ship segmentation construction, this paper proposes a ship segmentation construction management system based on sensing node and Ethernet technology, which realizes the integrated management of ship segmentation construction. The environmental information acquisition sensing node and the material process information acquisition node are designed, the structure of the acquisition node is analyzed, and the antenna design of the material process information acquisition node is experimentally analyzed. The overall architecture of the ship segmented construction management system is expounded, and the functions of the application service layer, data layer and perception layer are analyzed in detail, which effectively improves the efficiency of ship segmented construction, and provides effective assistance for the integrated management of ship manufacturing.
