研究融合视觉信息的船舶舾装数字化三维辅助设计,以改善模型设计效果。基于双目视觉原理获取船舶舾装设备目标多视角图像,在对其预处理的基础上采集三维空间数据,与舾装设备图纸、几何尺寸信息等作为依据,利用FORAN软件构建舾装设备参数化三维模型,并确定模型安装基准点。采用混合图元全自由度渲染法对船舶舾装数字化三维设计结果进行处理,提升模型整体设计效果。实验结果表明:该方法可获取舾装设备多视角图像,构建舾装设备三维模型并标注模型参数信息;实现船舶机舱底部区域舾装单元的布局,渲染后的舾装数字化三维设计色彩对比度强烈、饱和度好,视觉效果突出。
To study the digital 3D aided design of ship outfitting based on visual information fusion, in order to improve the model design effect. Based on the binocular vision principle, obtain the multi view image of the ship outfitting equipment target, collect its 3D spatial data on the basis of its pre-processing, take it as the basis with the outfitting equipment drawings, geometric dimension information, etc., use FORAN software to build a parametric 3D model of outfitting equipment, determine the model installation benchmark, and use the hybrid entity full freedom rendering method to process the digital 3D design results of ship outfitting, improve the overall design effect of the model. The experimental results show that this method can obtain multi view images of outfitting equipment, construct a 3D model of outfitting equipment, and annotate model parameter information. Realizing the layout of outfitting units in the bottom area of the ship's engine room, the rendered digital 3D outfitting design has strong color contrast, good saturation, and outstanding visual effects.
