船舶污水处理对于保护水环境具有非常重要的作用,传统的船舶污水处理系统缺乏集成化功能,不能和其他系统联动。船舶污水集成化处理系统可以对污水参数进行测量,同时还可以控制风机、污泥泵等对污水进行处理。本文提出一种基于FPGA的船舶污水集成化处理系统,根据船舶污水处理的基本原理,设计系统的整体结构,重点阐述了传感监控模块实现的原理,最后对系统进行了测试。测试结果表明,经过处理后的船舶污水COD值和BOD值均符合船舶污水排放标准。本文设计的系统具有良好的实时性和集成性。
Ship sewage treatment plays a very important role in protecting the water environment, and the traditional ship sewage treatment system lacks integrated functions and cannot be linked with other systems of the ship. The integrated treatment system of marine sewage can measure the sewage parameters, and at the same time control fans, sludge pumps, etc. to treat sewage. This paper proposes an integrated ship sewage treatment system based on FPGA, analyzes the basic principle of ship sewage treatment, designs the overall structure of the system, focuses on the principle of sensing monitoring module implementation, and finally tests the system, and the test results show that the COD value and BOD value of the treated ship sewage meet the ship sewage discharge standards. The system designed in this paper has good real-time and integration.
