本文针对邮轮上建薄板总段的变形可能会损坏内部结构或导致无法吊装合拢等问题,以某中型邮轮平直薄板总段为例,设计2种吊装方案,探讨起吊设备对其吊运整个过程中影响建造效率的因素,利用有限元分析方法,计算薄板总段在不同工况下的强度、变形,并对发生超大应力的总段提出临时加强方案。结果表明,加强后的2种吊装方案均适用于薄板总段结构强度弱的特点,满足船级社吊装规范要求,从而使得邮轮薄板总段的吊装作业更加便捷、高效。
To address the problem that the deformation of the thin plate accommodation sections on a cruise ship may damage the internal structure or lead to the failure of lifting and pre-erection, two lifting solutions are designed for the flat and straight thin plate sections of a medium-sized cruise ship as an example, to discuss the factors that affect the construction efficiency of the lifting equipment throughout the lifting process. Calculate the strength and deformation of the thin plate sections under different working conditions by finite element analysis method, and propose temporary strengthening solutions for the sections where large stresses occur. The results show that the two lifting solutions are both applicable to thin plate sections which are weak in structural strength and meet the requirements of the classification society lifting rules, thus making the lifting of the thin plate sections of the cruise ships more convenient and efficient.
