舱口盖启闭装置是保证舰船安全的重要分系统,其运动控制技术是实现船体水密和装甲防护等功能的关键。本文基于多体运动学和动力学理论分析,建立曲柄连杆结构舱口盖启闭装置的动力学仿真分析模型,进而结合各种海况下的经验方程对舱口盖进行受力分析,计算得到了装置中曲柄连杆机构各个部件在开关盖过程中的支反力、转矩以及输出功率等参数,为曲柄连杆传动模式的舱口盖启闭装置结构优化及电机选型提供理论依据。
Hatch cover opening and closing device is an important subsystem to ensure the safety of ships, and of this device, the motion control technology of opening and closing mechanism is the key to achieve the watertight and armor protection of the ship. Based on the multi-body kinematics and dynamics theory analysis, this paper establishes the dynamics simulation analysis model of the hatch cover opening and closing device with crank link structure, and then analyzes the force on the hatch cover by combining the empirical equations under various sea conditions. The dynamic parameters such as the reaction force, torque and output power of each component of the crank link mechanism in the device in the process of opening and closing the hatch cover are calculated, It provides a theoretical basis for the structure optimization of the warehouse lid hoist and the motor selection of the crank connecting rod drive mode.
