基于MAN-ES 船舶主机参数,自主开发了船舶废气高压SCR系统,对系统设计原理、组成、流程及关键设备进行阐述。搭建了全尺寸高压SCR试验台架,对其进行力学分析及校核,并通过模拟仿真及振动试验测试手段,验证系统结构可靠性。结果表明,系统设计可满足主机排气相关作用力的影响;SCR运行时,会增加主机振动响应,尤其是主机在25%负荷下,其测试位置处的振动响应达最大值25.77 mm/s,增幅约为30%;主机在100%负荷下,反应器横向振动响应达最大值11.47 mm/s;尿素增加对系统振动影响可忽略。
The high-pressure SCR system used for ship exhaust gas denitration was developed independently based on MAN main engine and the design principle, composition, process and key equipment of the system were described. The full-size high-pressure SCR test bench was built and the mechanical analysis and verification of the test bench were carried out. The structural reliability of the system was verified by means of simulation calculation and vibration test. The results show that the system design can meet the influence of the main engine exhaust related force. When SCR system is running, it will increase the vibration response of the main engine, especially at 25% power, the vibration response of the upper part of engine cylinder reaches the maximum value of 25.77 mm/s, with an increase of about 30%. The lateral vibration response of reactor reaches the maximum value of 11.47 mm/s at 100% load. The effect on system vibration can be ignored due to addition of urea.
