海上溢油事故对海洋环境、生态有非常严重的危害,增加溢油回收能力是目前主要的事故危害防范方式。本文介绍溢油回收系统的模块组成和工作方式,以某5600DWT油船作为母船,分析移动安装式溢油回收系统设备在母船的布置原则和方法;根据设备模块的载荷和布置要求、结合船体结构,进行安装底座设计;实现了溢油回收设备移动安装的便利性和可靠性。同时最小化对母船常规运营的影响,以较低的经济代价迅速增加溢油回收能力。
Offshore oil spills accident has very serious harm to the marine environment and ecology, and increasing the recovery capacity of oil spills is the main way to prevent accident hazards at present. The modular composition and working mode of the oil recovery system are introduced, and the layout principles and methods of the mobile installation oil recovery equipment on the mother ship are analyzed with a 5 600 DWT oil tanker as the mother ship. According to the load and arrangement requirements of the equipment module, based on the hull structure, the installation base design is carried out. Achieving the convenience and reliability of mobile installation of oil recovery equipment, while minimizing the impact on the routine operation of the mother ship, which can quickly increase the oil recovery capacity at a lower economic cost.
