为降低船舶短包通信数据传输能耗,并高效完成船舶数据传输,提出物联网环境下船舶短包通信资源智能分配方法。该方法依据船舶物联网短包通信网络结构,计算短包安全通信容量,以此为基础构建短包通信总功耗最小化为分配目标,在数据传输安全容量约束的前提下,提出基于深度强化学习(DNN)的传输功率智能分配算法,智能分配船舶短包通信资源。测试结果显示:该方法具有较好的数据传输稳定性,各个信道的传输速率均在0.5~0.6 Mbps之间,公平指数计算结果均在0.916以上,短包通信资源智能分配均衡性较高;最大传输功率结果为27.4 MW,满足应用标准。
In order to reduce the energy consumption of ship short packet communication data transmission and efficiently complete ship data transmission, an intelligent allocation method of ship short packet communication resources in the Internet of Things environment is proposed. This method calculates the short packet secure communication capacity according to the short packet communication network structure of the ship's Internet of Things, based on which the total power consumption of short packet communication is minimized as the allocation goal. Under the premise of data transmission security capacity constraints, an intelligent transmission power allocation algorithm based on deep reinforcement learning (DNN) is proposed to intelligently allocate the ship's short packet communication resources. The test results show that this method has good data transmission stability, with transmission rates ranging from 0.5 to 0.6 Mbps for each channel, and fairness index calculations above 0.916. The intelligent allocation of short packet communication resources is highly balanced. The maximum transmission power result is 27.4 MW, which meets the application standards.
