海上核应急相对于陆上核应急难度更大,并且无成熟的标准法规参考,可借鉴经验少。本文梳理了海上核应急工作特点,分析海上核设施自身核应急设备装备情况,提出海上核应急救援初步方案,分析研究海上应急辐射监测方法、监测设施设备配置,为建立完善海上核应急救援体系提供参考。
Maritime nuclear emergency is more difficult than on the road. There is no mature reference to standards, regulations and little experience to learn from. This paper sorts out the characteristics of the maritime nuclear emergency work, analyzes the nuclear emergency equipment and equipment of the maritime nuclear facilities, puts forward the preliminaryplan of the maritime nuclear emergency rescue, analyzes and studies the maritime emergency radiation monitoring methods and the configuration of monitoring facilities and equipment, and provides a reference for establishing and improving the maritime nuclear emergency rescue system.
