对船舶主机供油单元的电磁阀状态进行监控,在出现故障时能够第一时间发现故障并排除,对于保障船舶安全运行具有非常重要的意义。本文提出一种基于嵌入式系统的船舶主机供油单元控制系统,在分析船舶主机供油单元结构的基础上,使用Matlab建立供油单元控制仿真模型,提出船舶主机供油单元控制系统的整体结构,阐述电磁阀状态的读取过程,对固定空燃比条件下供油单元的调节效果以及出现电磁阀故障时系统的调节速度进行了分析。本文设计的系统具有良好的实时性和适应性。
It is very important to monitor the status of the solenoid valve of the oil supply unit of the main engine of the ship, and to find and eliminate the fault in the first time when there is a fault, which is very important to ensure the safe operation of the ship. This paper proposes a ship main engine oil supply unit control system based on embedded system. On the basis of analyzing the ship main engine oil supply unit structure, Matlab is used to establish the oil supply unit control simulation model, the overall structure of the ship main engine oil supply unit control system is proposed, and the reading process of the electromagnetic valve state is expounded. The adjustment effect of the fuel supply unit under the condition of fixed air-fuel ratio and the adjustment speed of the system when the solenoid valve fails are analyzed. The system designed in this paper has good real-time performance and adaptability.
