为对比不同的水成膜泡沫与干粉联用灭火方式对舰船直升机甲板航煤流淌火的灭火有效性,设计并搭建了可模拟海风和舰船摇摆的大尺度试验平台,分别在水平流淌模型和倾斜流淌模型上进行了先喷洒干粉后喷洒水成膜泡沫灭火、干粉和水成膜泡沫混合喷洒灭火等4组试验。试验结果表明,干粉和水成膜泡沫混合喷洒灭火的方式控火时间和灭火时间均最短,能更有效地扑灭直升机甲板流淌航煤火。
To compare the effectiveness of different methods of AFFF combined with dry powder on the fire extinguishing of the aviation fuel spill fires on the ship helicopter deck, a large-scale test platform which can simulate the sea wind and ship rolling was designed and built. Four groups of experiments were carried out on horizontal test platform and inclined test platform, including spraying dry powder followed by spraying AFFF, and spraying dry powder mixed with AFFF. The experimental results show that the fire control time and fire extinguishing time of the method of mixing dry powder and AFFF are shorter, and it can more effectively extinguish the spill oil fire on the helicopter deck.
