深海主动升沉补偿起重机技术长期被国外企业垄断,国内的发展也刚刚起步,其关联的基座设计也缺乏相关的指导文件,为研究该类起重机基座的设计方法,从起重机的组成出发,结合实际工程经验,对各组成部分的相互关系和基座的设计要点进行阐述,同时采用有限元分析方法对基座强度进行校核,验证设计的可行性,并据此总结出了适用于深海主动升沉补偿起重机基座的设计方法,为同类基座的设计提供参考。
Deep-sea AHC (Active Heave Compensation) crane technology has been monopolized by foreign enterprises for a long time, and the domestic development has just started, it's related foundation design also lack of guidance documents. In order to study the design method of this type of crane foundation, starting from the composition of the crane and combining with the practical engineering experience, this paper expounds the relationship of various components and the design key points of the foundations, and uses finite element analysis method to check the foundation strength and verify the feasibility of the design. Based on this, the design method suitable for deep-sea AHC crane foundation is summarized, which provides reference for similar foundation design.
