本文以30万吨LNG动力船舶为研究对象,基于远洋船舶上空调的应用需求,通过对船舶余热与LNG冷能的研究分析,经过ASPEN HYSYS软件模拟LNG流程图,在基于对LNG冷能梯级利用的前提下,提出将烟气高温余热、缸套水余热与LNG高品位冷能进行发电和船舶空调的综合利用方案。基于设计方案的流程模拟与㶲分析,对工质选择进行优化,进一步釆用遗传算法进行参数匹配优化。结果表明,在满足船舶空调负荷的前提下,发电功率达到268.9 kW,系统总㶲效率达到47.64%。
This paper takes 300 000-ton LNG powered ships as the research object. Based on the application demand of air conditioning on ocean-going ships, through the research and analysis of waste heat of ships and cold energy of LNG, and through the simulation of LNG flow chart by ASPEN HYSYS software, on the premise of the cascade utilization of cold energy of LNG, the paper proposes to convert high temperature waste heat of flue gas, a comprehensive utilization scheme of cylinder liner water waste heat and LNG high grade cold energy for power generation and ship air conditioning. Based on the process simulation and exergy analysis of the design scheme, the selection of working medium was optimized and the parameter matching optimization was further carried out by using genetic algorithm. The overall exergy efficiency of the system was up to 47.64% under the premise of meeting the air conditioning load of ships.
