采用有限元方法研究不同工况下平顶型内置式耐压液舱及耐压船体的应力分布特征和稳定性,并对耐压液舱结构进行改进设计。结果表明,耐压液舱内外相连通时的工况各结构的应力水平较高,高应力主要出现在耐压液舱区域,耐压液舱区域结构稳定性高于非液舱区域耐压船体。采用增减板厚和增加纵向结构的方式改进设计有效地改善了液舱结构的高应力问题,该研究结果可为平顶型内置式耐压液舱结构设计提供参考。
Finite element method was used to study the stress distribution characteristics and stability of flat-topped built-in pressure tank and pressure hull under different working conditions. The structure of the pressure tank was improved. The results show when the inside and outside of the pressure tank are connected, the stress levels of each structure are higher. High stress mainly occurs in the pressure tank area. The structural stability of pressurized tank is higher than that of non-pressurized tank. The high stress problem of tank structure is improved by increasing the plate thickness and increasing the longitudinal structure. The results of these study can provide references for the design of flat-topped and inner pressure tank.
