为增强舰船的生存能力,设计舰船火灾爆炸危险性评估与预警系统。从舰船自身可燃物、舰船火源、人为因素以及外界环境等角度出发,选取可燃物数量、舰船电气故障短路等16个评估指标构建舰船火灾爆炸危险性评估指标体系,采用模糊评估方法构建模糊综合评估模型,基于评估指标与评估等级间的模糊隶属度,获取最终评估结果。采用数据挖掘技术分析历史舰船火灾爆炸危险性评价结果生成规则库,待评估舰船的相关信息通过此规则库后可得到危险性等级,若达到设定的预警标准,即发出危险性预警通知。实验结果显示该系统所选的评估指标具有较高可应用性,能够准确评估舰船火灾爆炸危险性,并进行预警,避免事故的发生。
To enhance the survival ability of ships, a fire and explosion risk assessment and early warning system for ships is designed. Starting from the perspectives of ship's own combustibles, ship fire sources, human factors, and external environment, 16 evaluation indicators such as the quantity of combustibles, ship electrical faults and short circuits are selected to construct a ship fire and explosion risk assessment index system. A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed using fuzzy evaluation methods, and the final evaluation results are obtained based on the fuzzy membership degree between the evaluation indicators and the evaluation level. Using data mining technology to analyze the risk assessment results of historical ship fires and explosions, a rule library is generated. The relevant information of the evaluated ship can be obtained through this rule library to obtain the risk level. If the set warning standards are met, a danger warning notice is issued. The experimental results show that the evaluation indicators selected by the system have high applicability and can accurately evaluate the risk of ship fire and explosion, and provide early warning to avoid accidents.
