联合精确进近着舰系统(JPALS)是一个军用、全天候的精确着陆/着舰系统,使用差分GPS为飞机提供全世界范围内的陆地或者海上降落的能力。对于航母舰载机的着舰来说,联合精确进近着舰系统将取代现役航母上的海上战术空中导航系统(TACAN)和AN/SPN-46雷达,负责舰载机的进近和着舰控制。本文主要研究联合精确进近着舰系统的技术优势、系统构成、关键技术以及研制进程。
The joint precision approach landing system (JPALS) is a military, all-weather precision landing/landing system that uses differential GPS to provide aircraft with the ability to land or land at sea worldwide. For the landing of carrier based aircraft, the JPALS will replace the Maritime Tactical Air Navigation System (TACAN) and AN/SPN-46 radar on active carriers, responsible for the approach and landing control of carrier based aircraft. This article mainly studies the technical advantages, system composition, key technologies, and development process of the joint precision approach landing system.
