随着人们对船舶舒适性追求,船舶噪声对于载客的客船、客滚船显得十分重要,国际海事组织和船级社均已颁布对船舶噪声技术指标要求。由于邮轮型客滚船功能、布局十分复杂,设备设施繁多,在设计建造时对其噪声控制越来越具有挑战性。本文阐述船舶噪声产生因素和预报分析,以某客滚船为例,通过实施船舶噪声控制关键技术要点,对比噪声预报和实船噪声测试,结果表明船舶噪声控制技术有效和显著,避免了建造后期技术修改,可作为船舶噪声控制研究一种技术借鉴。
With people’s pursuit of ship comfort, it is very important for onboard noise for the passenger ships and Ropax ships. The International Maritime Organization and classification society have issued technical requirements for onboard noise. Due to the complex functions, layout and facilities of Ropax ship, it is more and more challenging to control the noise during design and construction stage. The thesis describes the noise generating factors and predicting methods, and taking a Ropax ship as an example,it compares the noise prediction with the real ship noise test by implementing the key technical points of onboard noise control, the results show that the onboard noise control technology is effective and significant and avoid technical modification in post-construction stage, which can be used as a reference for onboard noise control research.
