本文基于换能器传热理论,建立纵振换能器的瞬态热分析有限元模型,仿真换能器不同激励工况下的内部温度场分布。仿真结果表明,当换能器与外界环境温度达到热平衡时,连续波激励时换能器辐射面温度过高,导致换能器工作失效。采用适当占空比的脉冲波降低了换能器的整体温度,有利于换能器长时间稳定工作。本文对换能器的设计和试验具有一定的指导意义。
Based on the heat transfer equation, the thermal analysis model of Tonpliz transducer is established by finite element software in this paper, the temperature field distributions of transducer are analyzed under duty cycle or continuous wave operation. The analysis results show that when the equilibrium between transducer and initial water temperature had been reached, overheating in the head of transducer will result in failure while under continuous wave operation. If the operational duty cycle is moderate, transducer temperature will be reduced, so it can work longer time and reliable. This paper has certain guiding significance for the design and experiment of transducer.
