船舶风机、螺旋桨、发电机等都会产生噪声,舱室的噪声对船员生活会产生一定影响。研究船舶舱室噪声的预测以及控制对船舶结构辅助设计具有重要意义。本文介绍了统计能量方法(SEA)的基本原理,研究了SEA能量传递模型,给出了梁系统、标准平板等的模态密度计算公式,分析了船舶的噪声来源,并研究了不同噪声激励、舱室钢板吸声系数、内损耗因子随频率变化的规律。使用VA One软件对船舶舱室噪声预测进行仿真,结果表明统计能量方法能够较为准确的对噪声进行预测。
Ship fan, propeller, generator and so on will produce noise, cabin noise will have a certain impact on crew life. It is of great significance to study the prediction and control of ship cabin noise for ship structural aid design. In this paper, the basic principle of statistical energy method (SEA) is introduced, the energy transfer model of SEA is studied, the modal density calculation formula of beam system and standard plate is given, the noise source of ship is analyzed, and the law of different noise excitation, sound absorption coefficient of cabin steel plate and internal loss factor change with frequency is studied. The simulation of ship cabin noise prediction using VA one software shows that the statistical energy method can predict the noise more accurately.
