舰船柴油主机动力装置的余热循环和利用对提升舰船能源利用效率以及作战能力都具有重要意义。本文在确定余热循环和利用系统需求的基础上,对舰船柴油主机动力装置的余热循环和利用系统的整体结构进行了设计,系统包括余热回收锅炉系统、动力涡轮系统、有机工质发电系统、汽轮机发电系统、热交换系统以及能量管理系统,最后对柴油主机动力装置的余热循环和利用系统进行了模拟测试。测试结果表明:该系统可以有效利用柴油主机余热,基于ORC循环的系统热回收效率最大可达6.5%,柴油主机余热利用效率最大可达19%。
The waste heat recycling and utilization of marine diesel main engine power plants are of significant importance for enhancing the energy utilization efficiency and combat capabilities of naval vessels. This paper, based on the determination of the requirements for the waste heat recycling and utilization system, designs the overall structure of the waste heat recycling and utilization system for marine diesel main engine power plants. The system includes a waste heat recovery boiler system, a power turbine system, an organic working fluid power generation system, a steam turbine power generation system, a heat exchange system, and an energy management system. Finally, a simulation test was conducted on the waste heat recycling and utilization system of the diesel main engine power plant. The test results show that the system can effectively utilize the waste heat from the diesel main engine. The system's thermal recovery efficiency based on the Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) can reach a maximum of 6.5%, and the efficiency of diesel main engine waste heat utilization can reach a maximum of 19%.
