船舶运输在全球经济中扮演着重要角色,对船舶油耗进行自动检测有利于降低温室气体排放,并为船舶航线规划提供数据基础。本文提出一种船舶油耗自动检测系统的基本架构,阐述各个模块的功能及原理,在此基础上设计一种船舶油量传感器,对船舶油耗传感器数据采集与处理的流程进行研究,分析传感器的温度补偿机制,最后对不同船舶在不同航速下的油耗进行测量。本文设计的船舶油耗自动检测系统具有较高的检测精度、实时性和稳定性。
Ship transportation plays an important role in the global economy, and the automatic detection of fuel consumption of ships can help reduce greenhouse gas emissions and provide a data basis for ship route planning. This paper puts forward the basic framework of an automatic detection system for ship fuel consumption, and expounds the functions and principles of each module. On this basis, a ship fuel quantity sensor is designed to study the data acquisition and processing process of the ship fuel consumption sensor, analyze the temperature compensation mechanism of the sensor, and finally measure the fuel consumption of different ships at different speeds. The automatic detection system of Marine fuel consumption designed in this paper has high detection accuracy, real-time performance and stability.
