标准化的弹药海上补给单元,是支持海军走向远洋的物质要素。基于弹药海上补给的重要性和国内标准基础分析,解读了美国弹药海上补给单元设计标准体系,对比了英国弹药海上补给单元设计标准,阐释了美英弹药集装化、联勤化和标准化保障理念。提出弹药海上补给单元的设计,应立足现行弹药包装及储具标准,优先使用与包装模数相匹配的约数或倍数;以弹药集装化与联勤保障为基础,统筹设计弹药补给单元物理要素与作业接口;全面考虑弹药海上补给环境要求,充分开展弹药补给单元试验测试,确保弹药海上补给作业安全;以弹药海上补给单元标准化设计支持提升弹药补给作业标准化水平等建议。
Based on the analysis of importance of ammunition underway replenishment and the domestic standards, the paper interprets the design standard on ammunition unit load for underway replenishment in the United States and Britain, and explains the concepts of ammunition assembly, joint logistics and standardization.It is proposed that the design of the ammunition unit load for underway replenishment should be based on the current ammunition packaging and storage standards, and the submultiple or multiple matching the packaging module should be preferentially used; On the basis of ammunition assembly and joint logistics support, the physical elements and operation interface of the ammunition unit load are designed as a whole; Comprehensively consider the environmental requirements for the replenishment, and fully carry out the test to ensure the safety of the replenishment; And the standardized design of the ammunition unit load could be used to support the standardization of ammunition replenishment operations.
