三角形桁架式桩腿是目前自升式平台主流采用的一种桩腿形式。三角形桁架式桩腿发源于3桩腿自升式钻井平台,其桩腿朝向与三角形主船体一致。随着自升式平台采用矩形或船型主船体,桩腿在主船体中存在不同的朝向布置。本计算分析基于简化力学模型,以某四桩腿自升式平台为例,利用有限元软件,对4种典型桩腿朝向布置进行计算分析,得到了三角形桁架式桩腿的受力特点及规律,提出优化布置建议,为后续自升式平台的研发提供参考。
Currently, triangular truss leg is a widely-used type of leg for self-elevated platform. Triangular truss leg originated from self-elevated drilling rig with 3 legs and the orientation of legs is the same as the triangular platform. With the adoption of rectangular and hull-shaped hull for self-elevated platform, the leg orientation varies from different platforms. Based on simplified engineering mechanics analysis, taking a self-elevated platform for example, this study uses FEA software to analyze 4 types of leg orientation arrangement. The loads feature and pattern was gained and optimization suggestion was proposed to provide reference for the self-development and innovation of subsequent self-elevated platform.
