为了提高远洋船舶机舱管理的智能化水平,提出基于增强现实的船舶机舱智能巡检系统架构。采用结构化设计方法,以数据流向为依据,将巡检系统划分为4个相对独立的模块。将基于增强现实的巡检技术与机舱监控系统相结合,通过AR技术将经过AI处理过的AMS信息以三维数据模型动态投影到轮机员眼前,以此赋能轮机员,实现机舱的智能巡检。在此基础上,利用层次分析法对系统架构进行综合评估。结果表明,算法和数学模型因素的权重为0.336,算法和模型的完善程度对巡检系统的最终效果影响最大。
In order to improve the intelligent level of marine engine room management of ocean-going ships, the architecture of intelligent inspection system for marine engine room based on augmented reality is proposed. Adopting the structured design method, the inspection system is divided into four relatively independent modules based on the data flow direction. Combining the augmented reality-based inspection technology with the marine engine room monitoring system, the AI-processed AMS information is dynamically projected to the engineman's eyes with a 3D data model through AR technology, thus empowering the engineman and realizing the intelligent inspection of the marine engine room. On this basis, the system architecture is comprehensively evaluated using hierarchical analysis. The results show that the weight of the algorithm and mathematical model factors is 0.336, and the perfection of the algorithm and model has the greatest impact on the final effect of the inspection system.
