舰船机舱作为舰船系统的主要构成部分,智能化的系统设计是保障舰船平稳高效航行作战的关键。具有类型多运行状态复杂特点的机舱设备,为智能化机舱系统设计带来一定挑战。为此,基于此类技术设计高度智能化的舰船机舱温度监测系统。分析舰船机舱设备及关键监控参数,通过包含HIL与VR技术的智能仿真交互模块,采集此类设备的实时运行数据,构建设备的实时仿真模型与机舱三维场景模型;经由智能通信模块的CAN网络传输至状态评估模块,实现设备的健康状态评估,智能决策预警模块依据评估结果发出预警。应用结果显示,该系统可实时监测机舱设备的运行状态,生成高质量仿真模型,实现机舱设备健康状态的准确评估,具有高度智能化的机舱设备监管效果。
The engine room of a ship is the main component of the ship system, and the intelligent system design is the key to ensure the smooth and efficient navigation of the ship. The engine room equipment with the characteristics of multiple types and complex running state brings certain challenges to the design of intelligent engine room system. Therefore, based on this kind of technology, a highly intelligent temperature monitoring system for ship engine room is designed. Analyze the equipment and key monitoring parameters of the ship engine room, collect the real-time running data of such equipment through the intelligent simulation interactive module including HIL and VR technology, and construct the real-time simulation model of the equipment and the three-dimensional scene model of the engine room; It is transmitted to the state evaluation module through the CAN network of the intelligent communication module to realize the health state evaluation of the equipment, and the intelligent decision-making early warning module sends out an early warning according to the evaluation result. The application results show that the system can monitor the running status of engine room equipment in real time, generate high-quality simulation model, and realize accurate assessment of the health status of engine room equipment, with highly intelligent supervision effect of engine room equipment.
