美国海军30年长期造舰计划发展综述

中文摘要:本文从介绍美国海军“2020版30年造舰计划”入手,详细描述了美国海军30年长期造舰计划的形成过程与参与的部门机构。在此基础上深入对比和分析各版本美国海军30年长期造舰计划的演化趋势。研究表明,30年长期造舰计划对于美国海军装备发展具备积极的指导意义,当前美海军正进行自冷战结束以来规模最大的海上扩军行动,应借鉴其造舰计划经验,并对美海军扩军行动保持高度警惕。
英文摘要:This paper introduces 2020 fiscal year edition 30 years shipbuilding plan as an example, describes the formation process and the participating departments of the 30 years shipbuilding plan of the U.S. Navy at first. Then, this paper analyzes the evolution trend of the 30 years shipbuilding plan of the US Navy in each edition. It finds that the 30 years shipbuilding plan has a positive guiding significance for the development of the US navy ships, and the US Navy is carrying out the largest naval fleet expansion plan since the end of the cold war between the US and the Soviet Union at present. PLA Navy should learn from the experience of shipbuilding plan, and keep a high vigilance to the expansion of US Navy.
