为了分析螺旋桨变形前后激振力的变化情况,并为实际工程问题提供理论依据,以标准桨DTMB P4119为研究对象,在非均匀伴流场下进行数值计算方法的验证,形成了一套非均匀伴流下螺旋桨激振力数值计算方法。用该方法对某一螺旋桨变形前后的激振力进行数值计算,得到其轴承力和脉动压力,并对变形前后的激振力数据进行对比分析。结果表明,对于此桨的实际情况,变形前后所引起的轴承力变化十分明显,脉动压力有明显的倍轴频特性,从而导致船体的严重振动,与实际现象相符。所以工程中一定要避免螺旋桨梢部变形引起的螺距变化,并且螺旋桨相关参数要符合规范要求。
In order to analyze the change of pre and post deformed propeller's exciting force and provide theoretical basis for practical engineering problems, take the standard propeller DTMB P4119 as the research object to inquiry and verify the numerical calculation method under non-uniform wake, and get a set of numerical calculation method of propeller's exciting force under non-uniform wake. Calculate some pre and post deformed propeller's exciting force by using this method, get the bearing force and fluctuating pressure, and analyze the exciting force. The results show that, for the actual situation of this propeller, the bearing force changes obviously after damaged, and the fluctuating pressure has the characteristic of double shaft frequency obviously, which leads to the serious vibration of the hull. It is consistent with the actual phenomenon. So pitch changed caused by tip deformation should be avoided in engineering issues, and the relevant parameter of propeller must satisfy the requirements.
