基于国内外专利文献,通过专利挖掘和数据分析,对全球LNG船舶蒸发气处理系统的发展态势和技术演化路径展开分析,为企业在该领域的专利布局提供理论支撑。研究表明:全球LNG船舶蒸发气处理系统技术专利申请具有明显的阶段性特征,韩国企业在该领域有绝对的技术优势,中国虽然在该领域的技术研发起步较晚,但创新能力和影响力正在不断提升;LNG船舶蒸发气处理系统领域的技术研发主要集中在直接压缩工艺、再冷凝工艺、再液化工艺3个方面,而优化压缩机的负荷调控、提升压缩机运行稳定性、减少杂质、增强装置防护性与耐用性、提升再液化效率和降低设备运行成本是该领域技术发展和专利布局的重点。
Based on domestic and foreign patent literature, through patent mining and data analysis, the development trend and technological evolution path of global LNG ship evaporation gas processing system are analyzed, which provides theoretical support for enterprises' patent layout in this field. The research shows that the global LNG ship evaporation gas processing system technology patent application has obvious stage characteristics. LNG ship evaporation technology research and development in the field of gas handling system are concentrated in direct compression technology, condensing technology, then liquefaction process three aspects, and optimize the compressor load regulation, improve compressor running stability, reducing impurity, strengthen the protective device and durability, ascension reliquefaction efficiency and reduce the equipment operation cost is the focus of the field of technology development and patent layout.
