化学品船液货舱爆炸发生化学品货物泄漏的事故极度危害船员生命及海洋环境,因此研究掌握化学品船液货舱爆炸,掌握冲击波传播规律具有现实意义。参照化学品船液货舱爆炸事故,使用仿真方法对液货舱爆炸时冲击波载荷通过泄爆口泄爆的传播规律进行研究,并分析了泄爆口不同参数对泄爆规律的影响,通过实船模型的泄爆计算,评估泄爆效率,并形成了基于基准数法的实船泄爆能力优化方案,可为化学品船泄爆设计提供参考。
Since the cargo hold explosion of chemical tanker is dangerous for crew life and marine environment, it makes sense to research for this type explosion, understand the rule of shock wave propagation. Simulated the cargo tank explosion by FEM method, master the law of shock wave propagation through vent and analysis the influence of different parameter of vent, define the energy release efficiency and propose optimization solution for improving capacity of explosive venting could be ship design reference.
