针对舰船航行导航需求,设计基于视频优化技术的舰船导航交互界面。利用导航设备单元内的气象仪、GPS、海图等直接获取导航所需数据,同时利用雷达采集器采集雷达扫描视频,将舰船导航所需数据和雷达扫描视频传输到视频优化单元内和人机交互单元内,视频优化单元对雷达扫描视频与气象仪、GPS、海图等数据进行优化融合处理,得到涵盖气象、海图等数据的雷达扫描视频后。将其发送到主控单元内电子海图控制模块内,同时主控单元连接触控显示屏为用户连接人机交互单元,实现电子海图控制、导航定位管理等。实验结果表明,该舰船导航交互界面具备较好的雷达扫描视频生成能力,电子海图背景海图缩放功能等,应用效果较佳。
According to the requirements of ship navigation, a ship navigation interactive interface based on video optimization technology is designed. Use the weather meter, GPS, chart, etc. in the navigation equipment unit to directly obtain the data required for navigation. At the same time, use the radar collector to collect the radar scanning video, and then transmit the data required for ship navigation and the radar scanning video to the video optimization unit and human-computer interaction unit. The video optimization unit unit optimizes and fuses the radar scanning video with the weather meter, GPS, chart and other data to obtain the data covering meteorology after radar scanning the video of chart and other data, it will be sent to the electronic chart control module in the main control unit. At the same time, the main control unit will connect the touch screen to the human-computer interaction unit for users to realize electronic chart control, navigation and positioning management, etc. The experimental results show that the ship navigation interactive interface has good radar scanning video generation ability, electronic chart background map zoom function, and the application effect is better.
