设计基于无线网络的船舶机械设备工作状态数据实时采集系统,实时高效采集船舶机械设备工作状态数据,为船舶设备管理提供可靠参考与依据。设备层利用内部总线建立与数据采集层有效连接,连接构建完成后,数据采集层的数据采集模块使用基于FPGA的数据采集技术采集船舶机械设备工作状态数据,采集的数据经基于RPODTD的数据传输延时优化策略优化后的无线网络,向数据存储层实时高效传输,由数据存储层有效压缩、控制后,分类存储船舶机械设备工作状态数据。实验结果表明,该系统可较好采集与传输船舶机械设备工作状态数据,数据传输时延低。
Design a wireless network-based real-time data acquisition system for the working status of marine machinery and equipment, collect the working status data of marine machinery and equipment in real time and efficiently, and provide reliable reference and basis for the management of marine equipment. The equipment layer uses the internal bus to establish an effective connection with the data acquisition layer. After the connection is completed, the data acquisition module of the data acquisition layer uses the data acquisition technology based on FPGA to collect the working status data of the marine machinery equipment. The collected data is transmitted to the data storage layer in real time and efficiently through the wireless network optimized by the data transmission delay optimization strategy based on RPODTD. After the data storage layer is effectively compressed and controlled, classify and store the working status data of marine machinery and equipment. The experimental results show that the system can better collect and transmit the working state data of marine machinery and equipment, and the data transmission delay is low.
