为了研究四桨船舶内外桨负荷差尺度效应的影响,探讨不同缩尺比内外桨负荷差变化规律。以某四桨船舶为研究对象,基于RANS(Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes)方法,建立船桨一体计算模型,重点研究不同缩尺比下内外桨负荷差异和伴流场差异。数值计算结果表明,随着计算船模尺度增大,内外桨负荷差逐渐增大,当达到某一缩尺比时内外桨负荷差受船模尺度影响变小:随着船模尺度增大,内外桨盘面伴流逐渐减小,但内外桨的伴流分数差逐渐增大,内外桨负荷差存在较大的尺度效应,螺旋桨和轴支架雷诺数均需大于临界雷诺数,以确保内外桨负荷差计算结果满足精度要求。
In order to study the influence on scale effect of load difference between inside and outside propeller four-screw ship, and the change regularity of load difference between inside and outside propeller under different scale ratios, a four-screw ship was studied, and mathematical model for computing was established based on Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stoke(RANS), considering the load difference and wake field difference under different scale ratios. The numerical results show that: the load difference between inside and outside propeller will increase gradually, as the ship calculation model size increased, and the effect becomes smaller at a certain scale; the wake fraction of inside and outside propeller will reduce gradually and the difference of wake fraction between inside and outside propeller will increase gradually, as the ship calculation model size increased; there is a large scale effect on the load difference between inside and outside propeller, and the Reynolds number of propeller and shaft bracket should greater than the critical Reynolds number, in order to ensure the computational accuracy of the load difference between inside and outside propeller.
