针对ROV推进系统可靠性分配过程出现的可靠性模型复杂,且缺乏历史故障数据而导致无法直接利用现有常规分配方法开展工作的问题,基于评分分配法和比例组合思想提出一种新的可靠性分配计算方法,解决了评分分配法无法用于复杂串并联系统及表决系统的难题。以含有复杂串并联系统及表决系统的推进系统可靠性模型计算为例,进行推进系统的可靠性分配工作,计算得到推进系统各组成设备的可靠度分配值,实现了所提出的可靠性分配计算方法的应用。
Aiming at the question that the existing conventional allocation methods cannot be directly used to make reliability allocation of Remote Operated Vehicle (ROV) propulsion system equipment because of the reliability model being complex and lack of historical fault data, a new reliability allocation calculation method is proposed by integrating scoring allocation method and proportional combination allocation method. In this way, the problem can be solved that integrating scoring allocation method cannot be applicable to complex series-parallel system and voting system. Taking the reliability model of propulsion system with complex parallel system and voting system as an example, the reliability allocation work of Remote Operated Vehicle (ROV) propulsion system equipment is carried out. Finally, the reliability distribution values of the various equipment of propulsion system are calculated, which makes an application of the reliability allocation calculation method.
